Service Options

Two separate GRIPS Service Options are being offered to Irish organisations:

• A Full Service option, currently used by many existing clients whereby Greenstreets' specialist staff assist in the extraction of data and manage the entire returns process using GRIPS as a back-office solution; or

• Self Service option, where clients run GRIPS on their own server, with full training and support provided by Greenstreets; this enables organisations to manage the entire returns process in-house.
