Service Options

Two separate GRIPS™ Service Options are available::

• Self-Service option, where clients run GRIPS™ on their own server, with full training and support provided by Greenstreets Environmental Resources Ltd; this enables organisations to manage the entire returns process in-house

• Full Service option (or Data Service) where Greenstreets' specialist staff assist in the extraction of data and manage the entire returns process using GRIPS™ as a back-office solution.
