In order to adhere to this commitment, the company applied for and was successfully accredited with the International Quality Management System ISO 9001 in 2004. This standard is maintained today and all staff receive the relevant training to ensure they comply with the QMS requirements and provide the requisite service levels.
In undertaking this commitment to ISO 9001:2008, the company has also made a commitment to continually improve the way it does business. This is achieved through regular customer feedback forums and through ongoing auditing of the company's critical business and support systems.
